Experience:
2-4 years relevant experience; Personal/Executive Assistant, Event Coordinator, Nanny.
Languages:
Fluent in English (spoken and written) Other languages considered an asset HOURS OF SERVICE:
The Personal Assistant will generally be on duty 3 days per week, Wednesday - Friday with primary hours 12-8PM and occasional weekend hours.
There are some after-hours cell phone and/or email communication.
SALARY:
Starting at $27 per hour dependent on experience (Benefits are not provided).
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Primarily take direction from the House Manager in office on estate Assist with scheduling and maintaining several calendars for each family member Provide transportation to children for school and activities Responsible for errands:
including in person and virtual shopping for personal and household items Maintain spreadsheets on contacts, projects, to do lists Keep accurate record of expenditures and monthly accounting credit card purchases Manage email correspondences & phone messages Collect mail, packages to disperse and handle exterior shipping Coordinate as part of the team with other house staff in meeting the needs of the family Assist with event and party planning in collaboration with other estate staff members and Principals Assistance with animal care KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent computer skills Event planning and execution Plan and execute projects with minimal direction Experience with an array of social media platforms Ability to anticipate needs of the family Highly organized Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with people at all levels Energetic, respectful, and responsible character Well-groomed and physically able to perform the duties of the position Willing to submit to pre-employment background screening Sign confidentiality agreement and adhere with highest level of discretion Possess a driver's license with a clean driving record Willing to adhere to covid protocols when necessary Job Type:
