Our Front Office Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the front desk, guest services, and office administration.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting guests and providing a positive, friendly, and energetic experience Scheduling and scheduling of all employees Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and equipment records Assisting in the daily office operations Maintaining a professional appearance of the office Performing other duties as assigned by the office manager or management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred.
Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
Must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Quick Books and Google Apps.
