Summary:
Provide support to the After School, Summer Camp and Youth Development Programs.
Interact with and supervise youth; Assist with homework, enrichment and recreation activities.
Signing Bonus, Paid Training, Paid Holidays Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (2:

Experience:
High School Diploma; Minimum of two years' work experience in the field of education or youth programs preferred; Good oral and written communication skills are required; computer skills required; DCF 40-hour child care training preferred (or must obtain within 90 days); Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must pass Level 2 background screening.
Personal
Qualifications:
The Program Aide must possess good organizational skills, as well as, the ability to effectively and appropriately work with people; team building skills, a plus.
