Job Description:
Provides basic support to PA-C/APRN and other clinical personnel with regard to the care and treatment of patients Obtain and interrupt vital signs, including blood sugar levels Have knowledge of commonly prescribed medication, dosages and action of medications Basic EKG interruption Administer eye drops Administrative functions, including maintenance and order of medical supply inventory and clerical/data entry assistance Communicate with other physicians' offices to obtain medical/cardiac clearances and medical records Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization Qualifications / Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalency is required Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or Certified Nursing Assistant is required One year patient care experience preferable in a clinical setting Must be mobile; walking, sitting, standing, bending and stretching Perform general duties and other functions as required or assigned Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay 401(K) with Employer Match See more benefits at http:
