Production Scheduler Come join our team at Suncoast Specialty Structures! A premier aluminum fabrication and installation company.

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated and reliable Production Manager to fill an opening immediately in Tarpon Springs, FL.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
Major duties and
Responsibilities:
Optimize production efficiency through communication, accuracy, and timeliness to best serve our customers, installers and subcontractors.
Schedules production and installation daily.
Ensures efficiency by scheduling based on product type and location.
Monitor schedules and communicate delays while working with trade partners to resolve scheduling issues.
Communicates with site supervisors daily.
Monitor several builder portals and take proactive measures to ensure timely installation of deliverables.
Organizing and executing critical day to day functions and priorities.
Help program and utilize dispatching and schedule management software.
Permit applications and follow up.
Requests, collects and files partial and final release of liens.
Manages project close out process.
Purchase order management.
Order materials for pickup and delivery for multiple jobs and product types.
Solving operational logistics to ensure a premier customer experience.
Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping the branch, consulting with customers, etc.
Requirements:
Knowledge of residential and production construction industry.
Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.
Able to simultaneously perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with little oversight.
Must have a good understanding of the construction process and how the scheduled tasks interact with each other.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.

Full time, limited remote work available.

Qualifications:
