Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food to guests - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Handle cash transactions, including operating a cash register and processing payments - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and workstations - Assist with food preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a positive and professional manner - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to follow proper sanitation procedures At our restaurant, we value teamwork, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.
