Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times - Plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational activities and games for campers - Have a positive attitude and mindset - Assist with daily camp operations, including meal times, check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized camp environment - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive camper behavior and resolve conflicts - Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development - Collaborate with other camp staff to create a fun and engaging camp experience for all participants Skills:
- Childcare experience, such as babysitting or daycare work, is preferred.
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively handle challenging situations - Experience working with children in an active environment.
- Ability to educate and engage campers in various activities related to theater, sports, arts and crafts, etc.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices Note:
