Responsibilities - Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data - Conduct bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of transactions - Utilize 10 key typing skills to efficiently input numerical data - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Maintain and update financial records using software such as , Buildium:
property management software - Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks - Provide support during audits and tax filings - Perform account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues Requirements - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software such as , Buildium:
