As a Concession Stand Attendant at our esteemed Crescent Oaks Golf Club, you play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the operations of the Oak Shack, offering a variety of refreshments and snacks to golfers and visitors.
Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
2.
Food Preparation and Presentation:
Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and other food items.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and freshness.
Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines.
3.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Place orders for replenishment as needed, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
Rotate stock to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
4.
Cash Handling:
Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely.
Maintain proper cash balances and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
5.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:
Keep the snack shack area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
6.
Customer Relations:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Address any issues or discrepancies with orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
7.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.
Assist with other duties as needed, such as event support or other food and beverage needs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
