We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team.
As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
This is a part-time position that requires working on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide general information to callers and visitors - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with project coordination and office management tasks - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Handle order entry and process customer requests - Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Experience:
