Summary:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
answering the phone, booking tee times, following inventory control procedures, setting up displays, assisting with tournaments, ringing up sales, closing the day, reconciling the drawer and preparing receipts for daily deposit.
Foreup system software knowledge would be a plus.
Priority is always the greeting and servicing of our Customers, Members and their Guests.
Responsible for the receipt and proper tagging of all merchandise.
Responsible for maintaining stock levels of key products, creating displays weekly or upon receipt of new product, and keeping the shop clean and uncluttered.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding customer service to all members and guests always providing a positive member/guest service Maintains friendly demeanor; ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition and overall attire and appearance meets dress code guidelines.
Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Keeps supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Notifies management when stock replenishment is needed.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Performs other duties assigned by Director of Golf, Ops Manager and General Manager Golf Shop - Sample tasks include:
Answer phones in timely manner with a friendly and professional greeting.
Check in customers, members/guests and update tee sheet with outside staff.
Making sure to all members and guests sign their charge/sales receipts.
Maintains a clean and organized golf shop.
Routinely rotates and updates golf shop fixtures.
Responsible for maintaining stock levels of key products.
Responsible for receiving merchandise into inventory.
Other
Responsibilities:
Adheres to the policies and procedures of Plantation Palms and Ace Golf.
Maintains strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
Adheres to company attendance standards.

Microsoft Office, Excel, Word recommended.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position with flexible days and hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an indoor facility.
May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
