Staff Pharmacist PRN Variable Shift

You will be responsible for:
+ Issue and order Controlled substances and maintain records as required by State and Federal Law
+ Compound and dispense Pharmaceuticals, including Chemotherapy in accordance with USP and Board of Pharmacy Standards
+ Respond to and follow up on daily Pharmacotherapy consults
+ Carry out daily requirements for anticoagulation management, Renal dosage management, TPN formulation management, Antibiotic LOT management, Formulary substitution management, daily monitoring of all pertinent Laboratory data necessary for drug specific findings, Pharmacokinetic dosing of medications
+ Monitor Provider order entry for Interactions, over/under dosing, contraindications, pregnancy and lactation, allergies and appropriateness for therapy.
+ Documentation of adverse drug reactions, all clinical activities and interventions and consultations
+ Training of Pharmacists, nurses, Technicians and other staff as requested.
+ Participation in formulary review and Hospital committees as requested
What will you need?
+ Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
+ Ability to work cooperatively with health system and pharmacy staff
+ Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
+ Ability to communicate effectively (orally and writing)
+ Ability to meet the pharmaceutical care needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, obstetric, and transitional care patients.
+ BS in Pharmacy from accredited school
+ Minimum one year of Hospital Pharmacy experience
+ Current State of Florida Pharmacist License
+ Current State of Florida Consultant Pharmacist License (Preferred)
+ Anticoagulation and/or Diabetes management certification (Preferred)
+ Pharm.D., Master?s Degree, Residency (Preferred)
+ Any pertinent Board Certification (i.e. Pharmacotherapy) (Preferred)
+ Ability to utilize all methods of drug information and reference material, written or electronic in order to provide timely information to nurses and providers

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
